01
Who we are
Active Business Solutions Management Consulting Co. ("ABS", "we", "us") is an ISO certification, accreditation, auditing and corporate training consultancy based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a branch office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This policy covers our website absiso.com, our enquiry and feedback forms, our newsletter, our WhatsApp and phone channels, and our ads on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Snapchat and TikTok.
We follow the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, for our Dubai office, the UAE data protection law.
02
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and job title.
- Your enquiry: the service, ISO standard or training course you are interested in and any message you send.
- Training details: the course you book, attendance and certificate details.
- Job applications: your CV and the details you share when you apply for a job.
- Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe.
- Feedback: answers you give in our feedback surveys.
Information collected automatically
- Pages you visit, how long you stay and which buttons you click.
- Your device type, browser, language and approximate location (city or country level).
- How you reached our website, for example from a Google search or an ad.
- Your IP address and cookie IDs.
Information from ad platforms
- If you fill in a lead form inside an ad (for example on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Google), the platform sends us the details you entered in that form.
- Ad platforms also share reports with us, such as how many people saw or clicked an ad. These reports are usually summarised and do not name you.
03
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a proposal or quotation.
- To deliver our consulting, auditing and training services.
- To register you for training and issue your certificate.
- To review job applications.
- To send you our newsletter and offers, only if you agreed to receive them.
- To measure how well our website and ads work and improve them.
- To keep our website safe and prevent spam or misuse.
- To meet our legal and accounting duties in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
We use your information only when we have a valid reason: your consent, a service you asked for, a legal duty, or our legitimate business interest in a way that respects your rights.
04
Advertising and marketing
How our ads work
- We run ads on Google (Search, YouTube and Display), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, X, Snapchat and TikTok.
- We may place small pieces of code from these platforms on our website, such as the Google tag, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Snap Pixel or TikTok Pixel.
- These tools tell us when someone who clicked an ad sends an enquiry or calls us, so we know which ads are useful.
- They may also let us show our ads again to people who visited our website. This is called remarketing.
- We may create audiences on these platforms, for example people who visited our training pages, or people similar to our visitors.
- If we upload a contact list to an ad platform, it is first scrambled (hashed) so the platform can match it without seeing your raw details.
Emails and messages
- We only send marketing emails if you subscribed or agreed to receive them.
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- On WhatsApp, reply "STOP" and we will stop sending you marketing messages.
05
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it when needed, with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, Zoho (forms and surveys), email and newsletter tools, and WhatsApp.
- Ad and analytics platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat and TikTok, as explained above.
- Certification and accreditation bodies, when you are our client and your project needs it.
- Training accreditation bodies, such as Exemplar Global, to register courses and certificates.
- Government authorities, only when the law requires it.
Our service providers may only use your information to do work for us, and must keep it safe.
06
Data outside Saudi Arabia
- Some of the tools we use, such as Google, Meta and Zoho, may store data on servers outside Saudi Arabia.
- Information may also be shared between our Riyadh and Dubai offices.
- When data leaves Saudi Arabia, we only use trusted providers and follow the rules of the Saudi PDPL for transfers.
07
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client and training records: as long as the law and our certification work require, so certificates can still be checked later.
- Job applications: up to 1 year, unless you agree that we keep your CV longer.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Cookies: each cookie has its own expiry date, usually between one session and 2 years.
When we no longer need your information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
08
How we protect it
- Our website uses a secure connection (HTTPS).
- Only staff who need your information can access it.
- We use trusted providers with strong security.
- If a data breach could harm you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
No website is 100 percent secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
09
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know what information we have about you and how we use it.
- Get a copy of your information.
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your information when we no longer need it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, for example to stop marketing emails.
- Complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) if you are not happy with how we handle your data.
To use any of these rights, email info@absiso.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will reply within 30 days.

Children
Our services are for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
